Content Policy

1About this policy

This policy lists what you must not create, upload or share with PostWallah, including with AI photos. It forms part of our Terms of Service and follows the rules for online platforms under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the IT Rules, 2021.

2What's not allowed

You must not create, upload or share anything that:

• belongs to someone else and that you have no right to use, including photos of other people without their consent;
• is obscene, pornographic, sexual or paedophilic, or invades anyone's privacy, including bodily privacy;
• harms or exploits children in any way;
• insults, harasses, threatens or abuses anyone, including on the basis of gender, religion, caste, race, ethnicity, disability or sexual orientation;
• promotes hatred, violence or enmity between groups, or hurts religious sentiments;
• infringes any copyright, trademark, design, patent or other right, including logos or brand names you aren't authorised to use;
• impersonates any person, business, brand, political party, government body or official, or falsely suggests their endorsement;
• is false or misleading, including fake news, fake offers or prizes, fake government schemes, and edited or AI images presented as real to deceive;
• relates to elections in a misleading way, or breaks election law or the Model Code of Conduct;
• promotes scams, gambling or betting, illegal goods or services, or schemes such as money chains;
• shows anyone's personal details, such as phone numbers, addresses or ID numbers, without their permission;
• threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with other countries or public order, or incites any offence;
• contains viruses or other harmful code;
• breaks any law in force.

3AI photos

• Don't upload photos of other people without their consent, or of children unless you're their parent or guardian.
• Don't try to create nude, sexual or violent images, or images of real people in situations that never happened.
• Don't try to get around our safety filters.

4What we do

• remove or disable access to content;
• warn you, limit features, or suspend or close your account;
• keep relevant records and report unlawful content or activity to law enforcement, as the law requires.

We may act without notice where the law requires it or where there's a risk of harm.

5Reporting

Use "Report photo" on an AI photo, or write to our Grievance Officer (see Contact) with details of the content. We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and aim to resolve them within 15 days. Content showing someone in a sexual or intimate way, or impersonating them, is acted on within 24 hours of a complaint.

6Repeat or serious breaches

We close the accounts of people who repeatedly or seriously break this policy, and they may not create new accounts.
