Delete your PostWallah account

In the app

Open PostWallah, go to Profile → Manage account, tap Delete account at the bottom, then confirm.

By email

If you can't use the app, email contactperfd@gmail.com from any address with the subject "Delete my PostWallah account" and the mobile number registered with PostWallah. We may ask you to confirm it's your account. We act on requests within 15 days.

What gets deleted

• Your profile: name, details, email, business logo and language.
• Your photos and cut-outs, saved and shared posts, and AI photos, from our servers.

What we keep

• Payment, tax and accounting records, for as long as the law requires.
• Records needed for legal claims, investigations or security, for as long as those purposes require.
• Deleted files may stay in backups for a short time before they're removed.

Posts you've already shared stay with the people who received them. Before deleting, cancel any active plan or UPI AutoPay mandate; deleting your account doesn't cancel it.
